This offering features a delightful leather compact from Mondaine most likely of the 1930. Missing the glass mirror inside the lid. The leather is hardened a bit and there are small tears on the corners (see pics). The interior of the leather casing is brass tone and features the classic Mondaine logo on the lid. The clasp still closes securely. I have cleaned it up a bit but have hesitated to remove the time worn patina of this wonderful item.
