Handmade of Heavyweight bridal satin, the detailing is incredible and provides everything that a blushing bride would wear. The dress is edged in a pinked ruffle that surrounds the hem that is longer in the back as a train would be. The same trim surrounds the arms and the neckline. Six buttons and loops form the back closure. As seen, the underside of the ruffle is finished with satin cording.
The taffeta slip features a four snap closure and lace trim at the neck and arms. Naturally, the panties have the same trim and an elastic waist. The headpiece is constructed of the same bridal satin and is decorated with a garland of lily of the valley. The tulle veil measures 28 inches long. The bouquet is edged in tulle and has a lovely spray of lily-of-the-valley as well. Satin streamers are tied in knots and dotted with flowers.
Of course, no ensemble is complete with shoes! Snap button Mary Janes have been embellished with white bows. I am confident that this outfit has never been put on a doll. The original tissue paper is still inside of the dress. It is in exceptional condition with absolutely no damages. It has been lovingly stored for many years. There are no spots or other soiling to any of the items.
