Nice old water color painter by J.E. Shaub Jr. The matting measures 13 x 15 5/8 inches. There are two small tears as shown in the close-up photographs. The topic depicts the Ringling Bros. Famous Clown, Emmett Kelly. There is some age to this painting although we have no idea how much. Old tape holds it in place on the matting. It does have some light foxing.
