Nice old water color painting by J.E. Shaub Jr. The matting measures 13 x 15 5/8 inches. There are two small tears on edges. The topic depicts the Ringling Bros. Famous Clown, Emmett Kelly. There is some age to this painting. Old tape holds it in place on the matting. It does have some light foxing.
